2017 NFL Season Predictions

Football is back. Every team is 0-0. What they did last year DOES NOT MATTER. So here are my predictions for the season.

AFC

East

There is no reason to choose another team besides the Patriots
Patriots
Bills
Dolphins
Jets

North

The picture has not changed much from the AFC North. It is still the Steelers division to win. Their hire powered offense will make a bigger case for Ben Roethlisberger to get a gold jacket.

Steelers
*Ravens
Bengals
Browns

South

There is a new era in the NFC South. It is time for the Marcus Mariota era to begin. In a division that was supposed to belong to Andrew Luck for at least a decade, the Titans are the team that looks to be the most complete.

Titans
Texans
Jaguars
Colts

West

The Raiders was very close to winning the division a year ago, but after David Carr got injured late in the season, all hopes derailed. Carr is back with a vengeance and now he has the hometown hero returning from retirement, Marshawn Lynch.

Raiders
*Chiefs
Broncos
Chargers

NFC

East

No one believed that the Dallas Cowboys would win their division last season when Tony Romo went down. Rookies Dak Prescott and Ezekiel Elliott breathed new life into Cowboys Nation when they led dem boys to a 13-3 record. While Elliott is facing a 6-game suspension, they will still have their quarterback who wants to win.

Cowboys
Eagles
Giants
Redskins

North

Aaron Rodgers finds ways to win once it gets cold. Luckily for him, there are more cold games in Green Bay than warm games. No one else in the division will compete with the Packers.

Packers
Vikings
Lions
Bears

South

The NFC South has been notorious for trading division champions. The Panthers became the first team to win it consecutively since the expansion in 2002 when they won 2013-2015. That streak ended last season when the eventual NFC champions, Atlanta Falcons won it. But we know how that goes when a team loses the Super Bowl. This leaves it up for grabs for the up and coming Buccaneers.

Buccaneers
*Panthers
Falcons
Saints

West

The Seahawks would be considered a dynasty if they would have run the ball in Super Bowl 49. However, they still continue to dominate on defense. The Cardinals will be back, but look for the Seahawks to edge them out for the division crown.
